  • Live entertainment is part of the Louis experience and takes place throughout the day and evening from opening.

  • Louis maintains a smart dress code. Sportswear (including gym shoes and running trainers), hoodies, shorts, flip flops, and blue or ripped jeans are not permitted.

  • — Monday to Thursday – 13+ until 7pm, 18+ after 7pm
    — Friday and Saturday – 13+ until 7pm, 21+ after 7pm

    — Sunday – 7+ until 7pm, 18+ after 7pm

     

  • We are pleased to offer a selection of halal options on our menu. Our team will be happy to guide you through the available dishes when you are seated.

  • Service Charge – a discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of our team.
    Entertainment Charge – An entertainment fee of £4.95 per person is included in your bill to support the talented performers who hep create an unforgettable experience throughout your visit.

  • For bookings of 7 guests or more, seating may be arranged across multiple booths located close together.

  • The venue enforces a strict no photography, no videography and no social media policy. Discretion is important to us and we ask that guests are respectful of their fellow guests and honour one another’s privacy.

  • Dancing is allowed on the seated booths. For safety and cleanliness, we kindly request that guests remove heeled shoes and dirty footwear before dancing.

  • Overcoats, umbrellas, briefcases and large bags must be left in the cloakroom without exception. The venue will not be responsible for any items left behind or lost. Louis will hold onto any items left in the cloakroom for 30 days.

  • In consideration of Louis’ neighbours, guests are required to leave the premises quietly at all times and to ensure the quiet departure of their party. Any audible noise that may disturb the venue’s neighbours will be addressed by the management and full cooperation of guests is required.

  • All guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, rules and customary practice relevant to the venue.

    Guests must treat all other members, guests and members of Louis staff with the upmost respect and shall not engage in any actions or behaviours which may cause any disrepute to another member, guest, the venue and the company.

    No drunkenness, bad language, violent or abusive behaviour, or other misconduct is permitted in the venue.

    Before leaving the premises, all guests must pay charges incurred by them or their guests in full whether in respect of food, beverages or any other matter. At present, we do not allow corkage anywhere in the venue.

    We would like to reinforce that smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited inside the venue and only permitted in the designated smoking area.
