Two critically acclaimed studio albums. BBC Radio and Jazz FM airplay. BBC Concert Orchestra and Count Basie Orchestra collaborations. Bridgewater Hall. Royal Albert Hall. The Venetian Casino in Macau. A master of jazz, contemporary pop, and an accomplished songwriter in his own right, to say Alexander’s voice speaks for itself would be stating the obvious.

Chris has stood shoulder-to-shoulder on stage with an impressive crew. Neyo, Mable, Edwin Hawkins, Heather Small. The list could go on. Semi-finalist in The Voice, calling on influences from Stevie Wonder to Donny Hathaway, Kim Burrell to D’Angelo, the guy has this soft and soulful sound that will make you melt faster than a Coney Island ice cream in summer.

Ben was just 18 when he first broke into the music industry. That was over a decade ago. Between then and now, he’s formed the contemporary R&B harmony group, MiC LOWRY, clocked up more than 100 million streams and toured the UK and Europe countless times over. Or to put all that another way, the kid’s got something special. Now so does Louis.

One of the youngest voices in our sophisticated choir, Harriet is an alumni of the internationally renowned Leeds Conservatoire, where she graduated with top marks. Looking to some of the most unique and incomparable British females for artistic cues, whether that’s Adele or Amy Winehouse, her transportive talents are even more spectacular when you see and feel them emanating from our beautiful little stage.

Soul, R&B, pop, blues and jazz. A repertoire that’s everything Louis is about. A timeless vibrato vocalist who looks to some of the true greats for inspiration — Peggy Lee, Olivia Dean and the one and only Lady Gaga. Amber could not be more at home on our intimate stage, captivating audiences with powerful performances that leave every guest mesmerised.

If this ain’t one-to-watch, we don’t know what is. Mali can boast about slots at Kendal Calling, Manchester Jazz and International festivals, playlists for BBC 6 Music, 1xtra and Jazz FM, and collaborations with the legendary Foreign Beggars. But she doesn’t. Instead, this rapidly rising pure original soul and jazz star simply stops us dead in our tracks with the first bar. And we stay there ‘til the last.

You know those people who seem to have music coursing through their veins — the kind who say things like “I was born at Glastonbury”? That’s Shaun. Literally. Moving to the Rainy City from the home of the world’s most iconic and influential festival, where he grew up, today he’s a pro-composer, pro-producer, songwriter and singer who has been there and done it with the likes of Blossoms and Stormzy. And now, Louis.

You can’t touch a classic. You can’t beat vintage. Real style never goes out of fashion, just like The Cadillacs. This four-part harmony group can turn their pipes, strings and keys to just about any song worth singing, but it’s in the 1950s and 1960s — heydays of real soul, rhythm & blues, and popular jazz — that they find their most irresistible gear. As smooth and polished as the ride they came in on.

Thomas has stage presence. That’s the straight truth. A born natural, while we can all hear influences like Steve Wonder, the Temptations and Bill Withers in his voice, this cat shows his true colours by commanding and captivating the crowd at Louis every time he steps up. Cool, collected, confident and consummate, if you’re looking for the genuine jazz article you can stop right here.

Louis means authenticity, whether it’s the original artwork on our walls or the culinary masterpieces coming from the kitchen. An artiste in the truest sense, every time Anna takes to the stage she delivers with genuine soul, hearts breaking wide open in the wake of her sets. Raw passion in each note, whether covering the classics or performing an original from her own catalogue of singles and EPs.

She’s shared stages with Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Andrea Bocelli. Captivated crowds at some of the world’s most iconic events, from London Palladium and Royal Albert Hall to International Jazz Day in Goa. Her staggering talent can be heard on movie soundtracks and in the corridors of Abbey Road Studios. An evening with Amber K is an evening few forget.

The first time Hannah made enough from singing to survive without another job it was 2011. The fact she’s still a full-time professional vocalist today is no doubt impressive. Then you hear her and realise you’d still underestimated things. Having worked with Pixie Lott, Rita Ora, and Kathryn Jenkins — not that we want to name drop — to say we’re lucky to consider this jazz and soul queen family is another big understatement.
